Fair Wear = Orange, Blue, and Red
I still get so excited when the fair comes to town! It's another representation that Fall is near. My emotions between (the end of) Summer and Fall are always so mixed so I just try to embrace the upcoming weather by celebrating it's offerings. We celebrated the fair and it was just lovely! This is what I wore as I watched people enjoying themselves, kids screaming on rides, inhaling the aroma, and adoring the beautiful lights of the ferris wheel....

I Don't Care If We On The Run.......
Baby long as I'm next to youuuuu, huuuuh..... (you were totallly supposed to sing that line)!
Ok, if you were lucky enough to score tickets to see ON THE RUN then congrats are in order as they were selling out in minutes!!! The duo has already hit several cities and the reviews have been incredibly bananas!!! If you know me, then you know I am a self-made member of the beehive and I will be in a city soon to see Bey "cut up sideways"....
Ladies, I'm here to tell you, that if you are going, you can NOT, I repeat can NOT wear heels!! Trust me, pleaseeeeeee.... You will walk miles from your car to your seat then you are guaranteed to bust some moves once you hear/see Bey "cut up sideways"....!
I've posted an outfit idea that'll have you fashionably chic and comfy...! Although I don't know what I'm wearing yet, it'll be pretty close to this as I plan to dance, dance, dance! Yes, the outfit is a bit cliche' , but I'm just going to have FUN, after all, I won't be the one on stage and you won't either, ha!
These pieces can easily be modified with less expensive brands and stores.
P.S. *peep the bee earrings* bzzzzzzzzzz......

Like A Virgin
Ok, guess who's coming to town, Madonna!!!! It seems as if I'm the only one who's excited about this! Although her music has evolved changed over the years, she's pretty much an icon in my book. I just feel like if I don't see her, I'm gonna wish I had, ya know? I'm still on the haunt for a "Madonna" date. Hubs says "haha, no", Jada said she'd go, but I'm a little leery being that Don-Don can be a lil on the raunchy side, and none of my friends are "feeling" it. ANYway, I posted some "perfect" Madonna outfits below (just in case)......
1. If I were in a movie, let's say ummmm, "Sex and The City", with my girlfriends Samantha, Charlotte, Miranda, and Joan (yes, Tracee Ellis Ross), I'd definitely wear this. We'd have sooo much fun singing to the tunes of "Like a Virgin" and "Holiday" then capping the night with Cosmos.....yumm yes..!
2. (Next Post). Although the heels would KILL the whole dancing and singing concept, It is a more practical, less Cinderella/Carrie like look and is still very haute...!

On To Plan C...Geesh!
Ok, I knew the night before what I planned on wearing, it was in my head. The day was gonna be hot&sunny so my orange silk Tibi dress and colorful wedge would be perfect to wear. I took Charley, my 3rd baby, for his usual morning walk and VOILA, he got me good with a long-deep scratch on my leg. He's always SO excited to go out, but damn.....! So orangy was out. Ok, on to plan B then... I'd purchased a really cute navy maxi skirt from Nordstrom a few weeks back- fitted with a neon green waist-band, perfect to cover my gash scar. I'd add a white tank, jewels, and be on my way.... I unveil the navy cutie only to find the store sensor still attached TO.THE.SEAM.!!!!! Well I'll be damned.... The fashion gods were really not on my side this morning as the clock continued to tick.... On to plan C when all else fails, throw on a black jumpsuit and keep it moving.... right? That's what I did (whatever)....xoxo

Poly-Voila!
Ok, over the past few days my 14 yr. old mini-me and I took to the stores for fresh Spring looks. I struggle to find age appropriate looks for her, but of course I works it out *snap-snap*
I've been a fan of Polyvore and viewed the sets others have created for months, but I've never taken the time to create any myself. I finally took the time and who better to create looks for? JADA!
Spring Break is among us and here are a few cute looks I wouldn't mind her "sporting". I only played with a couple, but expect more to come :)
