Polka-Dot Tights....! (GIveaway #5)

Ok, I loveeeee Polka Dots!!! So how could I not love these polka dot tights?? Tights are the perfect accessory to add to any bare-legged outfit on chilly days!! I added these tights to a simple black wrap dress that added the right amount of "pop".....and guess what, YOU could win a pair!
